Join our operations team as a Shipping Supervisor and lead a fast-paced fulfillment function focused on accuracy, on-time performance, and excellent customer experience. You’ll oversee the 11:30 am start time shift, daily shipping and order fulfillment, guide a team through peak-volume cycles, and partner cross-functionally to keep product moving safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Superior communications and cooperative skills to effectively work with the Warehouse, Quality, and Technology Engineering teams, and other cross-functional departments to fully support Production functions
• Highly motivated and quality-driven individual to nurture successful teams and implement change
• Proven significant success supervising a diverse workforce, managing a multitude of orders, and varying demands
• Acumen with WMS, ERP, Barcode scanning, and shipping documentation systems
• Aptitude to innovate new ideas and methodologies to optimize productivity
• Minimum four years of experience in a high-volume automated and manual shipping/fulfillment environment
• B.S or B.A (or equivalent experience)
  
  
  

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day shipping and fulfillment operations to ensure orders ship accurately and on time; plan staffing and schedules to meet carrier cutoffs and seasonal volume spikes
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach associates; set clear expectations and provide performance feedback in alignment with company policy
• Maintain strong inventory and order accuracy through scanning discipline, cycle counts, reconciliation, and process adherence (target: >99% inventory accuracy)
• Monitor labor, freight, and material spend; identify efficiency opportunities while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate seamless handoffs between fulfillment/shipping and order administration; resolve shipment issues quickly with customers and internal partners
• Maintain warehouse standards: accurate inventory data, protection of product from loss/damage, efficient space utilization, and a clean and safe facility
• Monitor and ensure supplies are available while controlling cost
• Maintain organized shipping documentation and records retention
