Job Overview

Saint-Gobain ZirPro is seeking a dependable and adaptable Manufacturing Admin (Flex Operator) to support both administrative and manufacturing operations at its Bow, NH facility. This position involves performing administrative tasks related to inventory management, quality control, production documentation, shipping and receiving, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, handling documentation accurately, and stepping into various production and warehouse functions as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory records, production logs, and other required documentation.

• Prepare and submit safety, environmental, and operational reports as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with month-end inventory counts.

• Coordinate shipments and arrange transportation for materials and byproducts.

• Communicate with customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

• Identify and report documentation errors, process discrepancies, and operational issues.

Manufacturing & Production Support

• Operate production equipment and machinery as needed to support daily plant operations.

• Load and unload materials into production machines.

• Monitor materials and products throughout the manufacturing process.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine operator maintenance.

• Transfer materials and finished products between designated areas.

• Support warehouse operations by maintaining safe, organized storage of raw materials and finished products.

• Perform quality checks on materials and products to ensure they meet established standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all plant safety procedures and environmental guidelines.

• Maintain accurate safety records and report incidents or potential hazards.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain inventory and production records.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple departments.

• Willingness to perform both administrative and hands-on manufacturing duties.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
