🔧 Electronics Technician III – Schaumburg, IL (Onsite)
📍 Location: Schaumburg, IL (100% Onsite)
🕘 Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM
⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician III with strong experience in RF, radio circuits, and precision rework. If you love troubleshooting and working with advanced electronics, this is for you.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Analyze & troubleshoot 2-way radios and repeaters
- Build/modify cable assemblies
- Rework circuits (0201 parts, SOICs, fine-pitch BGAs)
- Perform product certification testing
- Track & support prototype radios/repeaters
- Read and interpret schematics & PCB layouts
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Technical Associate’s Degree
- 4 years experience with radio circuits
- Strong RF understanding
- Proficient with multimeters & oscilloscopes
- Skilled in soldering/replacing:
- 0201 parts
- SOICs
- BGAs
- Experience working with small-gauge rework wire (32 AWG or smaller)
- Knowledge of:
- Cadence Allegro HDL
- PCB Layout Editor
- LabVIEW & Python (preferred)

- Office & lab bench setup
- No travel required
- Light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
