Shift: Mon-Fri 12:00 PM - 04:30 PM
Objective:
Responsible for safely loading and unloading trucks, maintaining organization, and ensuring accurate, on-time freight handling to support efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, friendly service to team members and customers, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Navigate warehouse layout efficiently to access products and inventory.
- Safely operate material handling equipment and RF scanners for package tracking and accurate delivery.
- Sort packages accurately based on customer and route information.
- Follow safety and security protocols to protect cross-dock operations and contents.
- Keep dock areas clean and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize freight operations.
- Protect company assets, confidential information, and adhere to policies, with accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.
