Qualifications:
• 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and frontline leadership support.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• SHRM SCP or SPHR certification
• 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and frontline leadership support.
