  • Lead onboarding of new RCM clients, including workflow setup, training, and transition support
  • Conduct software and billing audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices
  • Train, mentor, and support RCM team members across onshore and offshore operations; provide guidance on day-to-day questions and complex cases
  • Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize workflows
  • Monitor denial trends, underpayments, and claim rejections; partner with internal teams to implement corrective actions
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and improving KPIs in collaboration with clients and RCM leadership
  • Lead or support optimization initiatives across billing, coding, collections, and payment posting
  • Create, maintain, and deliver training documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Partner closely with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all payer aging accounts

Client Engagement & Strategic Support (30%)

  • Facilitate regular client meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), to review financial and operational performance
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address evolving business needs
  • Translate client goals into actionable RCM strategies and operational improvements
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, and training with direct reports to support individual and departmental performance goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Partner with Operations, Implementation, Product, and other internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and support client initiatives
  • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring alignment between client objectives and organizational execution

Documentation & Reporting (10%)

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, action items, and resolutions within CRM systems
  • Prepare and deliver standard and custom financial and operational reports for clients and internal leadership
