About the Role
Product Owner or Technical Support Manager with experience in AI-driven product development, engineering collaboration, and roadmap execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving adoption of our products both internally and externally while ensuring engineering teams stay aligned and on track.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances technical understanding with strategic thinking, and can translate complex requirements into clear deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams—acting as a driver to keep priorities clear, execution efficient, and delivery consistent.
- Write clear specifications and manage scope to ensure timely product releases.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance product functionality, enrich user experiences, and streamline workflows.
- Use JIRA and other project management tools to track progress, manage sprints, and resolve blockers.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless internal adoption and effective external go-to-market execution.
- Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve usability and adoption.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a SaaS or AI environment.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product features or workflows.
- Strong understanding of spec writing, scope management, and product enrichment techniques.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive engineering collaboration, keeping projects on track and teams accountable.
- Experience leading product adoption strategies both internally and externally.
Preferred Skills
- Background in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise software.
- Experience working with customer success, sales, and marketing teams on adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making and product analytics tools.
