What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to customer questions across chat, text, phone, and video
- Troubleshoot issues related to billing, account changes, integrations, and platform functionality
- Help customers upgrade, downgrade, or adjust their setup based on their needs
- Work through EHR connectivity and configuration issues with customers
- Keep multiple conversations moving at once without dropping the ball
- Document issues clearly so nothing gets lost between teams
- Partner with internal teams (launch, product, engineering) when issues need escalation
- Make sure customers feel heard, supported, and confident using the platform
What We’re Looking For
- You’re calm under pressure and good at juggling multiple things at once
- You communicate clearly and don’t talk like a robot
- You can explain technical or confusing things in plain English
- You’re detail-oriented but not slow
- You actually care whether a customer leaves the conversation feeling helped
- Experience in customer support, SaaS, healthcare tech, or EHRs is a big plus
- SEO or web optimization experience is a nice bonus, but not required
