What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live-In Caregiver position at Aloha TLC Home Care?
Job Title: Caregiver
L*ive-in Rate: $225/day for non-cna, $250/day for cna*
Duties:
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed
- Support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
