Customer Care Specialist
Location: Onsite – Lihue, Kauai Compensation: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Be the first point of contact for customers—answering inbound calls, responding to emails and texts, and providing top-notch service.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers on leads and service needs.
- Support field technicians with routing, scheduling changes, and daily logistics.
- Assist with billing inquiries, account maintenance, and collections support.
- Maintain accurate customer records using FieldRoutes software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- A team player with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting.
- Willingness to learn our systems and processes (FieldRoutes experience is a plus).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Do you have a current valid US driver's license and a clean driving record?
- Are you able to pass a background check and a drug test?
