Education and Experience Requirements
Highschool diploma
1-2 years of general accounting experience
Qualification
Be able to speak and understand basic English
Customer service skills
Strong basic math skills
Basic excel skills and basic computer knowledge
Must drive a vehicle
Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks
Process daily order sheets and invoices
Work with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain accurate records including ledgers, receipts, summary statements and invoices
Maintain daily inventory and supplies
Make daily deposits at the bank
