Must have transportation to and from Fairview daily ( transportation to and from job sites provided) Reliability paramount. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from excavation, lifting, minor hard scraping, transit operation, limited concrete work, and pre fabricated pool assembly. On the job training provided for those willing to learn. One hour unpaid lunch breaks, variable daily workload. Pay is weekly via a payroll service. 30 day probationary period at starting rate, with raises available for hard work and constructive effort And reliability to show up daily and learn.

Duties
- Assist in the excavation, grading, and site preparation for pool installations using hand tools and power tools used to assemble pools. Then Helping in assembling prefabricated above ground and inground pools to include also the possible pool openings in spring and closings in fall and occasionally deliver hot tubs And help with liner installs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction site work or related trades preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
- Familiarity with hand tools and limited power tools like a screw gun is highly desirable but not required.
- Variable daily work loads with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials definitely up to 50 lbs.,and sometimes wheelbarrow and perform manual tasks throughout the day using Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality assurance will be part of the job.
