SUMMARY

The IT Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates and troubleshoots problems, and determines and implements solutions.  Provides day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services and supports/performs project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, related discipline or equivalent
• One (1) year of server and system administration practical experience
• Must have functional knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.  
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server technology and operating systems, and infrastructure platforms. 
• Microsoft 365 applications and tenant management, Remote Desktop Services, and various cloud technologies.
   

Preferred:

• Two (2) years of experience in end-user support and desktop deployment preferred. 

Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
