What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Driver position at Aloha Natural Pet Supply?
Overview:
Fast-growing pet food distribution company looking for route drivers. This is a non-CDL position. The position is Monday-Friday, no weekends. Long hours are often required. The successful candidate will be able to work at a fast pace and have the following qualifications:
- Be detailed oriented and accurate.
- Have an excellent work ethic.
- Have a clean driving record (please provide a copy prior to interview)
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Be punctual, honest and reliable. Be available for last minute route coverage.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Courier, Delivery Driver, or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Proficient in navigating routes using GPS or maps
- Capable of lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
