Aloha Mini Glow Golf, Inc. is a veteran-owned small business and New England's premier Hawaiian theme Glow-in-the-dark mini golf. Our first location opened at Northshore Mall, Peabody, MA in 2019, then at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH in 2024, and most recently in South Shore Plaza, Braintree, MA in 2025. Our focus is to provide families a fun and safe environment for all ages to experience the beauty of Hawaii within the art of local artists displayed on our walls while immersing themselves with the challenge of a mini glow golf game. We are customer-centric, family oriented, and do our best to maintain high standards in customer service.
We are seeking a responsible and highly organized person for this position who is able to work independently and who has at least 5 years of customer service experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and administrative experience. Use of Google Apps, Squareup, Apple iPad, and developing Social Media Marketing.

Knowledge and Ability – Must be able to communicate in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and staff. Have the ability to establish a positive rapport by using tact and discretion with participants and staff. Must display a high degree of emotional maturity, and be detail oriented to be able to process information accurately.
This position requires extensive knowledge and ability to:
- Be team centered in facilitating the daily operations of the mini glow golf course.
- Be on time! If running late, call to inform your waiting team attendant ahead of time of your tardiness to show respect for their time.
- Assist guests with their mini glow golf experience. YOU are an IMPORTANT PART of their experience.
- Maintain the mini glow golf course. Do your part in completing the schedule of cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Work as a team with the other Mini Glow Golf Attendants.
- Be accountable to work with scheduling weekly/bi-weekly work hours that support all Attendants
- Consistent time management of your own work hours on a bi-monthly basis.
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction:
- Anticipate needs for successful operation of mini golf course
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while performing duties, and while on the Mall premises.
- Maintain and promote excellent customer service relations with patrons, staff, and affiliates.
- Attend and actively participate in training and staff meetings as required.
- Responsible for updating weekly inventory of the business to include: Vending, Retail, Golf Supplies, Cleaning Supplies and Paper Products.
- Provide a list of ALL inventory that needs reordering.
- Facilitating daily mini glow golf activities
- Send email verification of calls and additional links of information as needed.
- Balancing register at the end of the day.
- Ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept clean and properly maintained.
- Supplies for Mini Golf Course, Cleaning Supplies Room, and Restrooms are stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues
- Must be able to communicate well with customers in addition to associates and other members of management.
