QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of bartending and/or mixology experience.
- Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 5 years of dining room experience and thorough knowledge of bartending and service procedures.
- Extensive spirits, cocktail, wine, beer knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in food and beverage menu.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, adapt to change and work well in an environment with time constraints.
- Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Vibrant Personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Possess excellent math skills and have previous cash handling skills using a POS system.
- Responsive to constructive feedback from Chefs or Managers.
- Obtain a Bartender’s card from the Liquor Commission.
