Job Description:
Aloha Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our Home Health team. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes, working under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care during Follow-up visits.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN/physician.
- Work as part of the care team in collaboration with the Case Manager.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
- Complete and submit route sheets via email to support@aloha-healthcare.com.
Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license.
- 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Health Insurance, Car Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance are required.

- Paid per visit (45 minutes–1 hour each).
