Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our residential pool installation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of pool construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, construction management experience, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate with clients, management and our construction teams to bring our custom pool designs to life!
Duties
- Lead the full lifecycle of pool construction projects from contract through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and remaining the point of contact with all customers.
- Coordinate construction schedule activities.
- Review and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Oversee procurement processes by preparing contracts, managing suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure projects are inspection-ready when applicable.
- Coordinate with management, staff and customers to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize construction management software app(Basecamp) for documentation and project tracking.
- Lead project meetings to review progress, address challenges proactively, and update management on milestones achieved.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, addendums, etc.
Experience
- Proven experience managing construction projects (bonus points for pool and outdoor structures).
- Extensive background in pool construction is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
