$21 per hour starting pay with the opportunity for raises - health insurance provided to eligible employees, paid time off, yearly bonus, and tips! Supplies provided, mileage reimbursement and paid drive time. Flexible scheduling! You pick the days you are available each week to work.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established protocols and client specifications.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide additional services such as presentation details
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Experience in housekeeping duties is preferred but willing to train for the right individuals!
- Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Familiarity with vacation rental cleaning is a plus!
- Ability to perform in timely and efficient manner
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning results.
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license and car
- Must be willing to commute to Kona, Waikoloa and surrounding areas
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be available for work at least 3 days of the week on a consistent basis
