Duties

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, organize stock, and restock shelves to ensure a well-presented store environment
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in team settings
