What are the responsibilities and job description for the AAC Sched Optim Assistant position at Aloha Air Cargo?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile Load Plan Flight packets.
• Enter Air Waybill information into Jet Stream.
• Monitor and update flights in Blue One.
• Track ULD’s through Jet Stream.
• Timely customer contact to update them of any irregular operations.
• Assisting with missing freight.
• Filing of completed Dangerous Goods, Live Animal paperwork and completed Flight packets.
• Typing forms, reports, correspondence, and notes.
• Performing routine clerical duties such as sorting, filing, relaying messages.
• Other miscellaneous support duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to type a minimum of (35) words per minute.
• Familiar with standard office equipment
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and exceptional phone etiquette required.
• 1 year of customer service or cargo agent experience preferred.
• Previous airline experience preferred.
• Must be available to work 2300 - 0700, M-F
COMPENSATION
This FT position has a starting range of $18.68 - $22.41 per hour.
