As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in bringing our clients’ outdoor visions to life by performing a variety of hands-on landscaping and construction tasks. Responsibilities- Perform landscape labor including hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, and operating machinery as needed
- Assist with fence installations, concrete work, and irrigation system installation
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
- Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks according to project specifications and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing at the shop
- Care for and safely handle company equipment, ensuring proper oil and gas mixtures
- Build positive relationships with clients and team members through professionalism and effective communication
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project goals
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or small equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
