Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to oversee day-to-day business operations and help ensure teams, processes, and systems run efficiently. • Oversee daily operations to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support planning, resource allocation, and execution of business priorities.
• Manage vendor, partner, or service provider relationships as needed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, inventory, scheduling, or other operational planning activities.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in operations, business management, or a related leadership role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and using metrics to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with common business software and operational tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of an organization.

• Experience leading teams or supervising staff.
• Background in process improvement, project management, or change management.
• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, or operational planning.
