A clean and welcoming guest room is one of the most important parts of a great hotel stay. We are seeking dependable, detail oriented Room Attendants who take pride in their work and are committed to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable experience.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work weekends and maintain open availability during the week.

Typical shifts:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Essential Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards
• Change bed linens and make beds to brand specifications
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces
• Replenish guest amenities, towels, and room supplies
• Ensure rooms are guest ready and meet quality expectations

Public Area Maintenance

• Clean hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public spaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain assigned areas
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel

Inventory & Supplies

• Properly stock and organize housekeeping carts
• Use cleaning supplies efficiently and responsibly
• Review daily inventory needs and communicate shortages to management

Guest Service

• Acknowledge and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Follow guest preferences, including Do Not Disturb notices and linen requests

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards immediately
• Follow proper lost and found procedures
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working independently

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
