- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine appropriate solutions.
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs or replacements.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
```Skills```
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects.
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including managing building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with tenants or building occupants.
