Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during nighttime hours, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, offering solutions and information with a positive attitude.
- Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks of the property, and report any irregularities or maintenance issues.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing multi-line phone systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit or front desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs politely and efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
