- Assist with night audit duties, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Use multi-line phone systems to answer calls courteously, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately
- Support guest relations by offering local recommendations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
