Duties

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and tracking usage to minimize waste.
- Ensure responsible serving practices by monitoring guest intoxication levels and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Uphold all health and safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.
