As a Houseman, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, assisting housekeeping staff, and ensuring all public areas meet brand standards. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Support housekeeping team with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces
Respond promptly to guest and staff requests
Assist with room readiness and special projects as needed
Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stay active throughout shift
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the hotel.
