Shuttle Driver & Guest Services Rockstar
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member who enjoys being on the move and making a great impression. This position is more than just driving our hotel shuttle — you’ll be one of the friendly faces helping keep the Aloft experience safe, clean, and guest-ready.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely transport our guests to and from the airport in our hotel shuttle.
- Provide friendly, welcoming service and help guests get where they need to go.
- Make regular walks around the hotel and property to help keep things safe, secure, and in order.
- Team up with our Front Desk crew to deliver requested items and assist guests with those little things that make their stay easier.
- Pitch in with light cleaning and help keep the lobby, entrances, and common areas looking sharp.
- Help keep the hotel grounds clean, neat, and welcoming.
- Jump in and lend a hand wherever needed — we’re a team, and everyone plays a part.
- Represent the Aloft vibe with a friendly attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to help.
What You Bring:
- Must be 26 years of age or older.
- A clean driving record and the ability to safely operate the hotel shuttle.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
- A guest-first attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever you’re needed.
- You notice the little things — whether it’s a guest who needs a hand, a lobby that needs some attention, or something on the property that doesn’t look quite right.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
