Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Conduct product demonstrations and share detailed information to enhance guest engagement and sales opportunities
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining an organized store environment
• Handle cash register operations, cash handling, and cash drawer balancing with precision
• Upsell products by identifying guest needs and recommending suitable options to increase sales
• Provide bilingual support to accommodate diverse customer needs and improve overall service quality

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for engaging with guests over the phone or in person
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, inventory counts, and cash handling
• Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising techniques, and POS systems is highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Basic math skills for managing cash register operations and retail transactions
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light merchandise, and work flexible hours as needed
