We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock housekeeping supplies in carts and storage areas as needed.
- Assist with laundry duties when required to support overall operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
