Job Summary:
We are looking for an On-Site IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems at our client location in Bland, VA. The ideal candidate will assist users with technical issues, manage hardware and software, and ensure smooth IT operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with network connectivity and basic infrastructure support
- Perform hardware/software installation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track equipment
- Prepare documentation and support reports
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows systems and hardware
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: $23.04 - $25.05 per hour
