  • Contribute hands-on technical leadership to complex integration, data quality, and performance challenges while setting engineering standards and best practices for the team
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing and supply chain platforms by defining data integration requirements and ensuring alignment with Alnylam data architecture standards
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and data management professionals, with accountability for delivery across full-time and variable resources

  • Experience designing and delivering data integrations in regulated (GxP) environments, with a solid understanding of data integrity and validation principles
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant data solutions

Preferred

  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations
