At Almost Famous Body Piercing, all team members begin as Retail Sales Associates. Employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, and dedication may have the opportunity to participate in our in-house body piercing training program.
Retail Sales Associate (Must Be 18 )Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Retail experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Assist customers with jewelry selections and aftercare products
- Process sales transactions and complete customer documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail space
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Contribute ideas and content for social media
- Open and close the store as scheduled
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable handling small jewelry pieces and performing detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to safely use a step stool or ladder when necessary
