We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Florence, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization as well as provide clients and caregivers scheduling and communication needs. This position is a team based role and pay will be determined by level of experience, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage hiring postings
- File and organize important documents
- Manage various onboarding duties
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Conduct orientations for new staff
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
- Scheduling
- Communication with clients and caregivers
- Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in the Health Care Industries
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
