What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Insurance CSR position at Almeida & Carlson Insurance?
Qualified candidate with minimum 3 years experience with all personal insurance products, particularly homeowners and auto . Familiar with Applied Epic is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to develop new customer relationships and provide excellent service and professional advice to existing customers. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborating with team members to enhance client services and improve the overall customer experience.
