Role Description

We are seeking a Full-time Commercial Lines Account Representative. In this role, you will manage and service commercial insurance policies, assist clients with policy inquiries, process endorsements, renewals, and changes, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that address their unique needs while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carriers. Collaborating with the team, you will contribute to the goal of offering outstanding service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in policy management, coverage review, and handling insurance products. Use of Epic Agency Management System
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literacy, including working with insurance management software and standard office tools.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance (e.g., Property and Casualty License) is preferred.
