We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Budtender and Shift Manager. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, provide product recommendations, and educate them on product effects and usage to enhance their experience
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and facilitate ongoing training & development to ensure team success
• Oversee shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure smooth store flow during busy hours
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using POS systems, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile daily cash drawers
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, stock shelves, and ensure proper merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers

Skills

• Proven management experience in retail or similar environments with supervisory responsibilities in sales teams or store operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and engage customers confidently
• Excellent organizational skills to handle inventory management, scheduling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for sales transactions and inventory calculations
• Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including negotiation, pricing strategies, upselling, and customer service excellence
• Ability to train new employees on product knowledge, operational procedures, and customer interaction standards
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, purchasing decisions, merchandising strategies, and operational management is preferred
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff during shifts while maintaining high morale and productivity
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards
