Position: RN Home Health
Shift: 8a-5p M-F
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Rockford, Illinois, 61104

Home Health RN,
shift: 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend., rotating holidays.
At least one-year experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting.
Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound certification preferred.
Milage between visits paid.

Must Have:

1 Year of RN Home Health experience
BLS
Covid Card

Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract
