Pay: $19.26/hr Shift Premium
Available Shifts:
- B Shift: Monday–Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (15% Shift Premium)
- C Shift: Thursday–Saturday | 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (14% Shift Premium)
- 1 mandatory Sunday per month (schedule provided in advance)
- D Shift: Thursday–Saturday | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (20% Shift Premium)

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate manufacturing equipment, perform inspections and testing, and ensure products meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Inspect parts, materials, and components using calibrated measuring tools
- Perform manufacturing and engineering tests following standard procedures
- Assist with test setup, fixtures, and equipment maintenance
- Document inspection and test results accurately
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Maintain activity logs and production records
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass background and medical screening
