PAY:
Local Pay: $35 to $37/hr on W2.
Travel Pay: $2150 weekly including stipend for 40 hours
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - Licensed Practical Nurse
Location - 9 Haywood Ave, Rutland, VT 05701
JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 15 weeks contract
Evening Shift - 2 pm to 10:30 pm // 36 hours
Work Location - On Location
Ability to commute/relocate: Rutland, VT 05701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Provides routine care for patients.
Observes patients’ health.
Reviews medical charts.
Accompanies patients to their rooms.
Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Communicates with patients and their families.
Administers medications.
Provides wound care.
Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
Assists with patient comfort.
Monitors catheters.
Bathing patients
REQUIREMENT:
Active CPR/BLS
Covid Card
LPN License - VT
