Position Overview:
As our Client Experience Specialist (CES), you'll be the first person our clients interact with, by phone, text, email, and in person. You’ll play a key role in helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for, making every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible for both people and pets.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and provide excellent service in person and remotely
- Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with filing and mailing
- Process payments and manage over-the-counter sales and prescriptions
- Facilitate client check-in and check-out procedures
- Keep the reception area tidy, calm, and organized
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in a customer service or receptionist role; veterinary experience strongly preferred
- Friendly, empathetic communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable, someone your team can count on
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about working with animals and the people who love them
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Avimark veterinary software
- Fear Free Certification (or willingness to get certified, we’ll support you!)
