The Alma Creamery is a family-owned business that has been successfully providing their customers with creamy cheese products since 1946. We are looking to add a motivated individual to our Admin team that can help us grow!
Title: Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Location: Alma Creamery Plant
Pay: $17/hr overtime pay
Type: Full-time / Weekends & Evenings as needed
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Providing the customer with a Five-Star experience
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, through written and verbal communications
- Help the Sales team & Finance team with daily tasks and support
- Manage Online Order Fulfillment
- Monitor incoming eCommerce orders for on-time fulfillment
- Process orders by picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and maintain the eCommerce platform
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Self-starter
- Capable of managing inventory, entering data, and completing needed daily reports
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stand, sit, or perform other activities necessary to complete the job duties
- Lifting upwards of 40 pounds
- Proficient in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite
DESIRED TRAITS (Not Required):
- Prior experience in related field
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Shopify, and/or Parcel Shipping Software
*This job will require extended hours during our busy season (November-December)*
