The Alma Creamery is a family-owned business that has been successfully providing their customers with creamy cheese products since 1946. We are looking to add a motivated individual to our Admin team that can help us grow!

Title: Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Location: Alma Creamery Plant

Pay: $17/hr overtime pay

Type: Full-time / Weekends & Evenings as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing the customer with a Five-Star experience
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, through written and verbal communications
  • Help the Sales team & Finance team with daily tasks and support
  • Manage Online Order Fulfillment
  • Monitor incoming eCommerce orders for on-time fulfillment
  • Process orders by picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage and maintain the eCommerce platform

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Self-starter
  • Capable of managing inventory, entering data, and completing needed daily reports
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to stand, sit, or perform other activities necessary to complete the job duties
  • Lifting upwards of 40 pounds
  • Proficient in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite

DESIRED TRAITS (Not Required):

  • Prior experience in related field
  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Shopify, and/or Parcel Shipping Software

*This job will require extended hours during our busy season (November-December)*
