Summary
We are expanding our F&I Department. We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance department, facilitating loan processing, and ensuring customers receive the best financing options available. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving dealership success.
Responsibilities
- Finance department operations, including loan processing and credit analysis.
- Provide customers with financing options that meet their needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with lenders to secure favorable rates for customers.
- Assist in upselling additional products and services related to financing and insurance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding automotive financing.
- Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or finance, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong understanding of loan processing and credit analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both customers and the dealership.
- Basic math skills necessary for financial calculations and contract management.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
