Salary Range: 42,500 – 47,000 USD Annually

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, self-starter to join our Collection team. The individual will play a crucial role in our debt resolution process. The responsibilities will encompass in-depth research, meticulous reconciliation, and direct communication with our clients. We value individuals who bring patience, persuasion, and diligence to the table, as these qualities are integral to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate debt resolution
• Engage in effective communication directly with internal and external clients
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Receivables reporting
• Uphold a strong work ethic to consistently meet deadlines and deliver results
• Work closely with manager on special projects, bad debt write offs and 3rd party outsourcing
• Audit and update account profiles and status codes in fulfillment systems/database daily

Qualifications:

• Minimum One year Collection, and AR experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
• Working knowledge of Credit/Collection strategy, policies and practices
• High School diploma or equivalent required
