Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Atlanta, GA. The Warehouse Associate will assist with daily shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming deliveries, verifying paperwork, and organizing products and supplies. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, safely moving goods using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified), packing and staging orders for delivery to restaurant locations, and maintaining clean, orderly storage areas. The role also involves counting inventory, reporting low stock or damaged items, labeling and stacking pallets, and following all safety and food-handling guidelines. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the operations team to ensure that the restaurant has the supplies needed for smooth daily service.
Qualifications
- Experience with core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Unloading.
- Ability to perform accurate Packing of orders and prepare items for safe transport.
- Skill in operating material-handling equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack (certification or willingness to obtain is a plus).
- Ability to lift and move items safely, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work part-time shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse, restaurant supply, or foodservice logistics experience is preferred but not required.
