The Role: Clinical Rockstar & Patient Advocate
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Unlike a traditional hospital floor, this outpatient role requires you to be the clinical backbone of the office—handling everything from phlebotomy, intravenous access, medication administration and patient triage.

Key Requirements & "The Right Fit"
Clinical Autonomy: 1 years of Nursing experience is required. Backgrounds in ER, Urgent Care, or Triage are highly valued as you will be managing incoming patient calls and acute health concerns.
Intravenous Access/Phlebotomy: Must be highly proficient in blood draws, IV infusions, IM, and SubQ injections.
Cultural Competency: We prioritize candidates with lived experience in the LGBTQ community or a deep professional understanding of men’s sexual health.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital signs, and medical history.
Perform STI testing and laboratory specimen collection.
Manage triage processes for incoming patients, prioritizing urgent cases.
Document all interactions accurately in EHR systems (HIPAA compliance).
Provide health coaching on medication management and disease prevention.
Skills & Qualifications
Active Connecticut RN License.
BSN is preferred (not required).
Strong knowledge of infectious disease care and primary care protocols.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Salary : $42 - $55
