Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Operations Manager based in Maryland. The District Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence in their assigned district. Primary responsibilities include managing team performance, building client relationships, coordinating service schedules, ensuring safety and compliance standards, and overseeing administrative tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for quality control, team training, and operational efficiency to meet company objectives and deliver outstanding service to clients.
