Ally's Cookies is growing!
We're opening our second location in North Attleboro this fall, bringing together Ally's Cookies and Doglio Coffee under one roof. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable team members who love great customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of an exciting new chapter for our business.
Training for this position will begin prior to opening at our Foxboro location and at select mobile events. Once the North Attleboro café opens, this position will be based there, with occasional opportunities to work at our Foxboro bakery or on one of our mobile coffee and cookie units for special events.
This is a year-round, part-time position. Weekend availability is required. We are not hiring for seasonal or summer-only employment.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same! Depending on the day, you may help with retail operations, coffee service, bakery production, or community events.
Customer Service & Retail
- Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Recommend and sell cookies, coffee, and other menu items.
- Prepare espresso drinks, lattes, cold brew, and specialty beverages featuring Doglio Coffee.
- Operate our Square point-of-sale system (experience is a plus).
- Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting.
Bakery Production
- Assist with baking, balling cookie dough, bagging, and labeling cookies.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Wash dishes and support general kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Mobile Events
Occasionally, you'll have the opportunity to work at farmers markets, festivals, sporting events, and private events.
Responsibilities may include:
- Stocking and preparing our mobile coffee and cookie units.
- Setting up and breaking down equipment and displays.
- Serving cookies, espresso drinks, coffee, and cold brew.
- Loading and unloading products and event supplies.
- Representing both Ally's Cookies and Doglio Coffee with outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old.
- Available to work year-round.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer service is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable transporting event supplies (tables, product totes, etc.) when needed.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Able to work in a variety of environments, including retail, commercial kitchen, outdoor events, and mobile units.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- ServSafe® certification is a plus.
- Must successfully pass a background check.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
